We believe vibrant communities start with simple conversations…over complimentary coffee! Our newest program, Neighborhood Cafe, is generating a lot of buzz (pun intended). Participating in the program is easy- just gather 6 of your neighbors together and the coffee is on Hey Neighbor!

Block Party
A block party is the ultimate celebration! Epitomized by the Patty Jewett Porchfest in Colorado Springs where streets transform into festive playgrounds, echoing with laughter and music. Neighbors join the fun, sharing stories, playing games, and dancing under the open sky. It's a vibrant tapestry of togetherness.

Connect your community over some neighborly competition! Rent cornhole boards from us and use our toolkit to make planning fun and easy.

Clean Up
A neighborhood cleanup is a lively team effort where smiles meet trash bags. Friends and neighbors come together armed with enthusiasm and garbage pickers, turning streets into sparkling havens. It's a feel-good mission, a cheerful sweep that transforms the neighborhood into a shining, tidy masterpiece.
All cleanups are first-come, first-serve and each neighborhood will receive one free roll-off dumpster!

Driveway Hot Cocoa Party
Community connection does not require perfect homes or complicated planning. Sometimes the best solution is also the simplest. Allow us to introduce you to the driveway gathering!

We will help invite special guests in your area, including local police and fire departments and local government officials. Sometimes, the fire department may even arrive in style and give you a tour of their trucks!
